Purpose
To teach how you can excel in all aspects of PIE model (Performance, Image, Exposure) to enable successful career progression.
Learning Objectives:
1) Understand the PIE model
2) Understand how you can assess you own PIE
3) Learn how to optimize your PIE to achieve your goals


2. Situational Leadership: 20u30 - 22u

Purpose
To teach people who manage others how to diagnose the needs of an individual and use the right leadership style most helpful to the direct-report.
Learning Objectives:
1) Use the four leadership styles--Directing, Coaching, Supporting, and Delegating.
2) Understand and use the three skills of a Situational Leader: Diagnosis, Flexibility, and Partnering.
3) Identify the characteristics and needs of employees at different levels of development and assess your flexibility in using the four leadership styles.
