beBEC Regional Round

In Easter Holidays the regional round of the BEST Engineering Competition took place in a lovely chalet in Durbuy. 6 Teams fought 5 days long for a prestigious ticket to Istanbul. One ticket was awarded to Louvain-la-neuve, the winner of the Case Studies, organized by Fostplus, Thales and SNCB/NMBS. Liege won the second ticket for winning the Team Design: designing a robot who could climb a slope, cross a ravine, stand a rainstorm and survive a fire.

Ghent became for both competitions second! BEST Ghent wishes all of them congratulations and hopes the winners will do great in Istanbul and have a lot of fun!
