Not a single university in Europe will learn you soft skills. However you will need them every day for your projects, in a students organisation or even in an oral examination. Once graduated you will need them even more...
That is why BEST has it's own professional training system, specialised in these topics. Normally these trainings are only for members of BEST. However, 28th of february, everybody of our faculty will get the chance to attend such a training.
what to expect
We offer you tuesday 28th of february a professional training of 3h by an international trainer of BEST. We start at 19:00 in the "Archiezolder", Jozef Plateau building. Afterwards there is a reception (with some food ;) ) to get to know BEST a little more. Participation is completely free, but the number of participants is limited.
As an engineer you will have to lead different projects, small and big ones. Also during your studies you will have to deal with projects (e.g. VOP), but what is the best way to handle them?
During this Project Management training the trainers will share different tools to keep a good overview, to know what is the best way to plan everything and to run a project to perfection.
The training will be in an interactive environment. No slides but flipcharts with markers and post-its. No professor but two enthusiastic trainers of our age.
We are very proud to announce that we have two very enthusiastic trainers. Radmila Andreeva from Saint-Petersburg and Francesco Portoso from Turin. They will come to Belgium especially for our BEST Trainings Day!
We have asked some trainers from all over Europe to give their most useful tip they have learnt in BEST. Watch the first tip of Tim Govaert in the video below. Stay tuned for more...
