We are looking for talented and motivated Junior Project Manager Road Infrastructure to be responsible for managing projects from A-Z.

Responsibilities

Set the schedule and organize the site using all the security rules.

Prepare and publish regular project reports in accordance with client monitoring guidelines and stakeholders involved in the work.

Organization of meetings with the customers and the internal team of the structural part, on the management and the progress of the project.

In charge of supervising the development of the project.

Ensure the progress of the work, plan and maintain budgets, schedules and progress.

Presence required on construction sites.

Team management on the site (30 to 35 workers, 1 to 8 technicians).

Responsible for organizing your team, its management and the quality of the results.

Profile

You have an University or Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering.

You are fluent in Dutch (mother tongue) with a good knowledge of French.

You have good managerial competencies and you're able to manage a team and coordination issues.

You have the ability to manage, plan and execute tasks in the face of competing demands, under pressure and often on tight deadlines.

You are customer-minded, flexible and communicative.

You are focused on the details with critical thinking skills.
