• Budget planning and follow-up.
• Closely tracking your project(s) status.
• Handling quality and safety related issues.
• Proposing technical advice: calculations, trouble shooting, alternative solutions, price comparisons, etc.
• Follow-up of on-site works.
• Relationship-building with clients, suppliers, study offices, (sub)-contractors, architects, etc.
• Being responsible, together with your team, for each phase of the project implementation.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Construction.
• Experience in residential, tertiary, infrastructure or industrial sector.
• Knowledge of special techniques (HVAC, Electricity, sanitary, etc.) is a bonus.
• Knowledge of building related tools (ASHRAE, BREEAM, LEED, HQE, Amure/Ureba, TRNSys, PowerBuilder, DesignBuilder, PHPP, Revit, etc.) is a bonus.
