Our three-year Graduate Programme is structured to give you the greatest opportunity to kick-start your career through three different assignments which can take you to different countries into our expert teams.

We are looking for an Engineer who would like to explore the commercial aspects of the business i.e. marketing, sales, supply chain, and procurement.

You will have a genuine passion for Engineering and the commercial side of business. You will be in your final year or have recently graduated from a well-respected European university (Master level), with a related degree subject (Engineering Business Management, Engineering and Business Studies, Master of Business Engineering or similar). You will also possess excellent communication & initiative skills. As this role will be primarily based in the Netherlands, apart from fluent English, you will also speak & write fluent Dutch and French is a plus.
