As a BrightWolves Digit Consultant, you will help your clients answering questions such as: How important is data management for executing the strategy of the enterprise? What are the constraints — considering the existing technology landscape and the regulation? What is the innovation roadmap — do we want to create new services and products with data, or are there innovation roads that rely on the ability to manage vast quantities of data? What are the productivity imperatives, and how do we improve the effectiveness of data management in the enterprise? From there, you will build a realistic path with your clients, and you will accompany its implementation. This requires thinking strategically while also embracing the technical reality.

Depending on your seniority and experience (assessed during the recruitment process), you will be joining as Business Analyst, Consultant or Senior Consultant.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
Use data to solve critical business problems together with our clients - applying the most appropriate technologies

Provide guidance on data strategy, monetization, management, and governance

Design databases, data models and data flows to optimize business decisions

Engage with different stakeholders at clients to address pain-points in data journeys

Research and make recommendations about data architecture, processes, and organization

Apply advanced data analytics and AI to support decision making

Translate business needs into interactive visualizations, reports, and dashboards

Train and mentor client teams to efficiently transfer data expertise

YOUR PROFILE
Master (or PhD) in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Business Engineering, or another field related to data exploration

A demonstrated interest in building data solutions (e.g., Master thesis, personal project…)

Knowledge of one of the commonly used programming languages

Understanding of the commonly used database technologies

Proficiency in English (Dutch and/or French is a plus)

Strong interpersonal skills and an eye for detail

Proactive and positive attitude, bundled with a great team spirit and a willingness to learn
