YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead project engineering tasks

Design hydraulic systems, from concept through launch in accordance with platform objectives and schedules.

Manage design reviews, supplier reviews, test plans… to create the optimal hydraulic systems for all key stakeholders.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

An aspiring leader, with the ability to work independently however also effectively together with the hydraulic, platform, technical, purchasing and supplier teams to ensure effectiveness and suitability of designed solutions.

Knowledge of hydraulic valves, pumps, motors, and hydrostatic components.

Full understanding of hydraulic schematic design, engineering release and production processes.

Master Degree in Industrial Engineering or equal through experience (preferred).

Strongly motivated with broad interests and experience in hydraulic design.

Outstanding problem-solving skills.

Experience with Creo, TcAE, Automation studio and Matlab.

Excellent communicator with a pro-active mindset and aspirations for leadership growth.
