As a Functional consultant you are responsible for implementing ICT projects for our clients in Belgium and abroad.
You will:
- be the link between business and IT, on the subjects of finance or billing - Key subjects will be: invoice calculation management, interact with the modules contract and product management, credit management, processing outgoing and incoming payments, configuration of accounting, manage invoice and dunning documents.
- manage the expectations of the customer
- translate business and functional requirements into application solutions
- lead and organize meetings and workshops with the customer

• has a Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
• is qualified in identifying business requirements
• has a good understanding of customers’ business processes
• has experience with the implementation of large and complex ERP projects
• has experience in a consulting role, more specific in Finance or Billing subjects, knowledge of SEPA is welcome
• has a strong interest for IT
• is Dutch speaking and has a good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• is communicative and an initiative taker
