Job description

As a junior consultant, you will strengthen one of our project teams, working together with senior consultants and managers to complete challenging projects for our clients.

Your daily tasks will be diverse and you will be asked to:

  • Write down the requirements of the client and the needs of the end users,
  • Think out a concept solution that brings the client’s requirements in line with the end user’s needs,
  • Define business processes,
  • Translate the requirements in test cases,
  • Take part in quality control, during and after the realization phase,

For each project, we provide our consultants with the necessary trainings focused on the required skills and adapted to the context of the project, both in IT (development tools, data bases, technical architecture ...) as in banking applications & knowledge.

As a business analyst, you will be working for our specialized subsidiary TSD, who regroups the Business and Quality Control Services for the Mainsys Group and supplements it with its own expertise and knowledge.

    Required special knowledge

    • You hold a Master degree in Business Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Economics or equivalent,
    • You have a basic knowledge of banking activities and are willing to learn more,
    • You have between 0 and 3 years of experience,
    • You are able to work independently as well as in a team,
    • You are committed and result-oriented,
    • You are mobile in Europe,
    • You speak French and/or Dutch fluently,
    • You are proficient in English.
