Bel V
Bel V, a foundation under private law, has been created as a subsidiary of the FANC. As such, Bel V constitutes the Technical Safety Organisation (TSO) of the Belgian Nuclear Safety Authority FANC.
Our activities cover inspections and safety assessments for the 7 Belgian nuclear power plants (at the Doel and Tihange sites) and for several other nuclear installations in Belgium (SCK-CEN, Belgoprocess, IRE, ...).
Bel V is participating in many international Working Groups (IAEA, OECD, EC, ...) and projects.
