Our European headquarter is established in Belgium, Seneffe. This site houses all the commercial, production and R&D activities for the Sealants/Fluids and Emulsions. We are about 700 people working on the site.
In 2011, we have received the award “Best Employer – Belgium” organized by the HRM centre of Vlerick Leuven Management School, in collaboration with the “Great Place to Work” Institute Europe. This award recognizes us as one of the best companies to work for in Belgium, i.e. as a company where employees trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do and enjoy the people they work with. The 2011 award results emphasized that the personnel at our European headquarters are very proud to work for Dow Corning, noting that the company fosters open dialogue, encourages everyone to share ideas and be heard.
