ICOS Vision Systems designs and manufactures inspection equipment for semiconductor packaging and interconnect applications. We are the world-leading supplier of equipement for visual control of semiconductor components, before they are used in various applications, such as PC's, portable phones or cars. Our systems performs two- and three-dimensional (2D and 3D) metrology and inspection of IC's, wafers, solar cells, substrates, sockets, etc.
