As a Business Process Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team that is focused on helping our clients bringing their business and back-office back under control. You will work for large national to multinational companies, non-profit and public sector organisations. You will make sure our client can focus on the execution of its strategy, by taking care the internal business processes are running smoothly and are well managed. Typical processes you will look at are sales, marketing, procurement, logistics, HR, commissioning, invoicing, payment, accounting and many other processes. You will work together with the client to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business processes, systems and organisation. You will become a business professional, knowledgeable in different industries and about the key issues your companies face. As you grow in your job, you will have the opportunity to learn how to delegate tasks and how to coach your colleagues. When you get more proficient in combining these various skill sets, you may deal with clients on a senior level and continue to develop your management competencies. Everybody who starts at Deloitte gets extensive induction training. Throughout your career, we expect you to focus on continuous learning and coaching-on-the-job.
