In today’s world, technology is never the sole answer. A broad approach is needed to arrive at good solutions. Therefore Deloitte will give you the opportunity to build up your skills and expertise in both technology as well as business, so you will be able to provide the best services to our clients. You will work for large national companies, multinationals, non-profit or public sector organisations. As an Enterprise Architect you are in charge of translating the client’s business strategy into IT solutions. You will define, establish and maintain enterprise architectures, strategies and methodologies. You will advise and support clients in IT strategy & alignment, IT effectiveness, IT innovation and much more. You will give support from architecture assessment until architecture set up as well as on IT operating models and IT processes. In order to do so, you will receive training and coaching and will gradually learn through project experience how to help our clients in the above mentioned domains. You will be part of a strong Technology Advisory team where team spirit and sharing of knowledge are keys for success. As you grow in your job, you will take on a more senior role, and you will have the opportunity to learn how to delegate tasks and how to coach your colleagues. When you get more proficient in combining these various skill sets, you may take the lead on projects, deal with clients on a senior level, and continue to develop your management competencies. In the end, we expect you to work at CxO level and to help our clients in delivering the added value of IT. Everybody who starts at Deloitte gets extensive induction training. Throughout your career, we expect you to focus on continuous learning and coaching-on-the-job. • You show a keen interest in technology as a business enabler; • You demonstrate a holistic view on IT, not only covering technology but also the process and organizational aspects, always in view of a business benefit; • You are a team player with good communication skills; • You have an intellectual curiosity combined with outstanding analytical skills; • You liked to be challenged; • You have knowledge of, or are willing to learn about IT software solutions and how those are implemented in a business context; • You have an intrinsic motivation to deliver quality services to a client by walking the extra mile when needed. Languages You are fluent in Dutch and French and have a good working knowledge in English. Educational Level You have a Master in Information Technology, (Applied) Economics, Industrial, Commercial or Civil Engineering, Exact Sciences, Management, Finance, Computer Sciences or any other related business degree.
