In today’s world, technology is never the sole answer. A broad approach is needed to arrive at good solutions. Therefore Deloitte will give you the opportunity to build up your skills and expertise in both technology as well as business, so you will be able to provide the best services to our clients. Your client portfolio will be large national to multinational companies, non-profit and public sector organisations. As an Information Management Consultant, you will work in a dedicated team, together with more senior colleagues who will guide you and share their knowledge and experiences. You will support our clients in missions in the area of information management, business intelligence, analytics, data quality and document management; all in line with the client’s objectives. We have a mix of advisory and implementation projects. When you start out at Deloitte, you will learn all there is to know about information management concepts, business needs, technology aspects and how to apply this in practice as well as to develop your task management skills. As you grow in your job, you will take on a more senior role, and you will have the opportunity to learn how to delegate tasks and how to coach your colleagues. When you get more proficient in combining these various skill sets, you may take the lead on projects, deal with clients on a senior level, and continue to develop your management competencies. Everybody who starts at Deloitte gets extensive induction training. Throughout your career, we expect you to focus on continuous learning and coaching-on-the-job.
