As a SAP Process Excellence Consultant, you will work in a dedicated team, together with more senior colleagues who will guide you and share their knowledge and experience. Being part of the largest professional services firm in Belgium, you will work in diverse/international teams for clients that are large national companies or multinationals, non-profit and public sector organisations. In your role as SAP Process Excellence Consultant, you will assist clients in improving their business processes in the area of procurement, production and logistics, finance and controlling, human resources or marketing and sales. After a short period of getting acquainted with the client’s business specifics, you will redesign the future way of working based on Deloitte best practice processes. You will translate these to be processes into application requirements and design, configure and test these in the SAP ERP system. You will offer end-to-end solutions towards the clients business needs and guide the client staff to trough this transformation. As you increase your knowledge and experience, you will also become involved in the (re)design of business processes and in developing operational recommendations. When you start at Deloitte, you will learn all there is to know about business processes and how to apply this in practice as well as to develop your task management skills. As you grow in your job, you will take on a more senior role, and you will have the opportunity to learn how to delegate tasks and how to coach your colleagues. When you get more proficient in combining these various skill sets, you may take the lead on projects, deal with clients on a senior level, and continue to develop your management competencies. Everybody who starts at Deloitte gets extensive induction training. On top of that, as an SAP Process Excellence Consultant we will provide you with an in depth SAP training programme, allowing you to start as certified SAP Consulting. Ready for the job! • You are interested in business processes and how these can be enabled trough the use of technology; • You are a team player with strong communication skills; • You are dynamic, persuasive and have strong facilitating skills; • You are structured in the way you work and have an eye for detail. Languages You have a good working knowledge in English and are fluent in Dutch and/ or French. Educational Level You have a Master in Information Technology, (Applied) Economics, Industrial, Commercial or Civil Engineering, Management, Finance, Computer Sciences or any other related business degree.
