Accountabilities: In your first two years at Melexis will work in starting positions that cover at least two different technical areas. You have real jobs, real responsibilities and real results. You will go through an international program to build core skills and business knowledge. Your individual plan includes gaining professional qualifications and establishing your network. Your performance is monitored, assessed and rewarded and you will have a individual development plan based on your competencies and your interests.
