| Beschrijving | •• You are part of our engineering team that consists of specialists in several domains: process & quality knowledge, mechanical, electrical, and automation. As our extrusion facilities and corresponding infrastructure are being continuously improved and expanded, process improvements and projects, from smaller modifications to large scale investments, are implemented. The goal is always to realize improvements in safety, quality, cost or increasing the product volume.
• You contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing, identifying, developing and implementing process and equipment improvements. • You coordinate production trials in support of improvement initiatives or new product qualifications. • You implement plant projects, as defined in the capital plan, according to project premises of safety, timing, quality, volume and cost. • You prepare technical/educational material and present this information to various groups (maintenance, production, technical support). |

| Nodige voorkennis | • You have recently graduated as a master chemical or electro-mechanical engineer.
• Team player with excellent communication skills, that relates well to others. • An autonomic, entrepreneurial and ambitious person, capable of leading multi-discipline project teams. • Show initiative, analyze issues, and demonstrate creative problem solving. • Fluent in Dutch and English • Willing to travel (less then 10%). |
