Democo Group combines the building expertise of 10 specialized companies and over 750 people to deliver added value in contracting, real estate development, technics and finishing.
The different companies work autonomously and they can be divided into three business units:
1. Construction: Democo, Democo Poland, DPCO, Deholi (interior)
2. Technical companies: AEW (electricity), AEW Security, Vandenbriele and Daeninck & Deweerdt (HVAC, Sanitary), DEMTEC Services (maintenance)
3. Real estate development: Ciril
