The Binding Energy is a specialized engineering active across the full lifecycle of nuclear facilities. While our work is rooted in the nuclear sector, we strongly believe that nuclear projects are built by engineers from many disciplines—not only nuclear engineers. At TBE, we welcome engineers who share a strong interest in the nuclear field. We support projects in design and licensing, operational support, and decommissioning for power plants, advanced reactors, medical isotope facilities, waste management sites, research centers, and government projects. What matters most to us is technical excellence, a pragmatic mindset, and genuine passion for working in the nuclear sector.
