Execute sensory learning plans to support Innovation and Technical projects in GITEC:
• Plan, prepare and run tasting sessions.
• Analyse tasting sessions results applying statistical tools.
• Create reports compiling results, conclusions and recommendation to support projects.
• Manage samples logistics (storage, shipping, requests for analysis), keep storage locations in good order.
• Keep records of sensory session planning, execution.

  • R & D
  • Consumer goods
Required special knowledge:

• Student in Sensory, Brewing and/or food technology.
• Experience working in a laboratory is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical methods is a plus
• Fluency in English (written/spoken), other language skills constitute an additional asset.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills are expected.
• Be capable of working in an effective and efficient manner and react positively to stress situations, in an environment in which priorities, project scope and time schedules will be set and adjusted often.
• Flexible and communicative profile able to work within cross-functional and international project teams.
