Description:

As an intern you will work within the corporate ICT department of Lotus Bakeries, which provides services internationally for all business units. Users can request sites and the business will designate one or more site owners who will manage the flow.Due to role changes in site ownership, the knowledge to properly manage a site can decrease over time.The purpose of the internship is to map and optimize the site lifecycle and to provide training to site owners.

Your role

• Map and update current sites and site owners
• Optimize the site lifecycle process
• Set up lifecycle governance (site type, site start/end, site usage, owners, end-of-life communication, archiving versus deletion, …)
• Set up site owner training documentation
• Train site owners how to manage their sites properly

Your profile

• Eager to learn
• Good communication skills
• Dutch and English speaker
• French speaker would be nice
