As an intern you will work within the corporate ICT department of Lotus Bakeries, which provides services internationally for all business units. Most workflows are currently set up in 'SharePoint 2013 Workflows'. It is intended to rebuild these workflows in 'Microsoft Flows' which is a more future proof tool. The majority of workflows are about a standard way of approving/publishing/notifying, but there are also very specific workflows.
The purpose of the internship is to map and rebuild the workflows in 'Microsoft Flows' and communicate and train the workflow users.

Your role

• Map and classify the current workflows
• Set up plan of approach for rebuilding the workflows
• Rebuild the workflow, starting with the generic flows
• Documenting the flows and set up flows governance
• Change management and training users how to use the new flows

Your profile

• Eager to learn
• Basic knowledge of workflows and Microsoft Flows/PowerAutomate
• Creative in workflow design
• Willing to learn to use API is necessary for workflow
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English
