Description of the company
• P&G is a multinational consumer goods corporation, employing over 97000 people with a revenue of 65 billions $, owning brands like Pampers, Ariel, Gillette, Always, Oral B, Head & Shoulders and many others.
• P&G has 114 factories all around the world and its European technical Center is in Brussels, Belgium.

What type of student we are looking for
• The internship offer aims to welcome multiple students working on our Projects in External Manufacturing, meaning with the Factories that produce many products for P&G (Febreze, Swiffer, Dreft, Ariel Powder, etc.).
• We are looking for students coming from Engineering School with if possible a background in Chemistry or Industrial Engineering.
• The candidate also needs to be English Fluent as it’s the unique language used in our Technical Center of Brussels.
• The candidate must be graduated right after this Internship as the goal is to hire the person if the internship goes well. This means we will not get Interns in Mid of their cursus.

• Indeed, the student has to fill all information in English first and then go to a Logic Test. If all is OK, the candidate will go through 3 different interviews.

Description of the work the student will be doing
• The student will be assigned to work on impactful Technical Projects such as:
o Qualification of new Formulas/new Ingredients together with R&D/Business/Quality Teams
o Development of Process Optimizations for the Factories (new Technologies, Rapid Changeover Programs, etc.)
o Implementation of Sustainable Solutions (Waste Reduction, Cleaning Reduction, etc.).
• The student will work in the external manufacturing department, which is the living heart of many different plants working for P&G. Our role aims to ensure that each production order is fulfilled, that every product satisfies the P&G quality standards, and that the most optimized supply network is generating excellent results to deliver high performing products day after day!
• This internship takes place at the Brussels Innovation Center of P&G (“B.I.C.”) with more than 1000 employees working on site for Home and Fabric Care products (Ariel, Dash, Mr Proper, Dreft, Swiffer, Febreze, etc.). B.I.C. has many departments (R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.). Our department is very diverse with multiple nationalities across our employees!

What the student can expect from the company (material, reimbursement etc.)
• The student can live in Brussels, our Technical Center is in Strombeek Bever, reachable by the metro. There is a free taxi service that convey the employees from the metro to the office and vice versa.
• We are currently working from home mostly but the Intern will get all the needed On Boarding and support from his/her Managers and the Team.
• The salary is around 1500 euros/month.
