If yes, we at Roche are looking for motivated Dutch-speaking trainees to join our EMEA Regional Customer Support
Center (RCSC) in Mannheim, Germany. You will be integrated into a multinational team at Roche Diagnostics, to assist
our specialists in resolving complex issues related to Roche medical instruments for hospitals/ research centers across
numerous countries including Belgium and The Netherlands.

 You are currently enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master‘s student, or in a gap year between B.Sc and M.Sc studies in
one of the following fields: Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare Technology, Biology, Electrical Engineering,
Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering or similar programmes.
 You have fluent communication skills in Dutch (obligatory) and good command of English (upper intermediate).
 You have strong analytical thinking and a keen interest in problem-solving.
 You aspire to help people and are motivated to learn about complex matters in a multicultural environment.
 You use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at ease.
 You are eager to step out of your comfort zone and gain experience abroad with Roche Germany.
