Responsibilities
Acquire and develop your own client portfolio through several networking and commercial actions.

Define and implement a business strategy in line with the overall activities of our company.

Be responsible for all aspects of the business including recruitment strategy & career management of high qualified collaborators.

Negotiate price settings and contracts in order to manage your own Profit & Loss.

Integrate in a strong, devoted and dynamic team, reaching together the goals of our company.

Profile
You have a previous successful experience (from 2 to 5 years) in Business Development or account management within a technological / engineering environment.

Excellent University background and equivalent degree in either Business or Engineering.

Some experience in recruitment would be considered as a strong plus.

Preferable tri-lingual French, Dutch and English.

Excellent communication skills.

Autonomous, proactive and very “sales/business” minded.

Can do attitude, never back down.
