These missions consist of challenging and varied responsibilities. You will develop expertise in different fields, and after one year you will start in the function that matches your competencies best. What’s in it for you? Your responsibilities? As a trainee, you will rotate every 4 months in projects in 3 different divisions: 1. Customer Service: The first mission will bring insight in the daily life of customer services operations. You will strive towards excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. You are a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve problems that customers might face. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work on project-related tasks linked to the innovation agenda. You will be able to interact with other departments and be involved in many different aspects of the running projects. 2. After Sales: As part of the Client Delivery Management team, you’ll maintain and increase customer intimacy and satisfaction. It’s the ideal opportunity to demonstrate your strong customer focus as well as to build your network, since you’ll need to collaborate with a lot of involved stakeholders from other departments. You will focus on supporting a range of top financial institutions on a day to day basis, being the operational link between business and IT. At the end of this mission, you’ll be able to translate technical solutions into understandable feedback to clients and you’ll know the extensive customer portfolio. 3. Presales: You’ll take part in a motivated team of Product Managers, Pre-sales Consultants and Contract Managers. Together with your colleagues, you’ll be in charge of defining product developments and new products. You’ll support the sales teams for the preparation of offers and other commercial documents.
