Pasek is a spanish leading refractory company. Our mission is to supply products and deliver the maintenance service of refractory materials for a wide range of industries such as steel, aluminium, glass and energy.
For our subsidiary company located in Gent, Pasek België, we are looking for a recent graduate engineer who, in coordination with the Site Manager, will participate in managing a maintenance contract within an industrial plant of a well-known multinational company.

As a site manager assistant you will take part of the following duties:
• Process and production monitoring
• Ensure achievement of targets through metrics
• KPIs definition related to time and quality
• Coordination of technical and human resources
• Participation in continuous process improvement projects (lean manufacturing, 5S)

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in engineering
• Good IT skills
