To mark the 30 years since we have been present on the Romanian market, we offer a new opportunity to youngsters interested in the field of strategic management consulting: 1 Year Mentoring Program with Roland Berger Romania.

You will be a part of a 1-year guiding program: exceptional students will benefit from personal & professional development support from experienced strategy consulting professionals.

Throughout the formal monthly mentor-mentee meetings, as well as the informal support during the entire year, this program is expected to increase mentees' overall understanding of the strategy consulting industry and roles and of the business environment in general, while also providing them with career development tools and resources to accomplish future goals and milestones.

Bachelor and Master students who want to employ their entrepreneurial drive and make use of their entire skills-set to create positive impact on globally important topics
