THE FUNCTION
We are looking for motivated Functional Analyst to join our team of talented consultants working on challenging projects. As an ALTEN consultant, you will have the opportunity to be part of the following activities:

- As a Functional Analyst you will contribute to the optimization of our client.
- As a Functional Analyst you support the client in the digitalization process.
- As the contact person between the business and the IT department, you analyze the current situation in order to write efficient requirements.
- Data modeling and defining functional specifications as well as requirement specification will be part of your daily tasks using BPML, UML and Class Diagrams.
- You ensure the analysis and the business process modeling by coordinating the development process and ensuring the functional testing of the application.
- You are responsible for the deliverables and the planning of a small team of analysts and quality assurance.

YOUR PROFILE
- Experiences as Functional Analyst in a challenging Agile/Scrum environment.
- A background as a Developer is a plus for this project.
- You have good knowledge with Data modulization, BPNM, and UML.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French and English.
- You have excellent time-organization skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks.
- You have a good team spirit, you are a good listener, a team player.
- You are a great negotiator, your communication, convincing and persuasive skills are some of your strengths.
- Proactivity and strong interpersonal skills are a part of your personality.
- You look beyond your own work and are always there for your team.
- You have a completed master's or bachelor's degree in the IT field.
