As a Master in engineering, you are part of multidisciplinary teams in our in-house Engineering department or within a production plant. You’ll be starting in a junior position, suitable for your talents and interests.

The selection process for the young graduates for 2023 starts in March 2023.
After the screening of your CV and motivation letter, the candidates who are retained on this basis will receive an invitation for online tests (early March 2023) and a live selection interview that will take place in Leuven (17, 20, 21or 22 March 2023) or Ghent (13,14 or 15 March 2023). After this selection step, there will be an assessment day at BASF Antwerp on 24, 27, 28 or 29 March 2023.

It is therefore normal that, after your application,you will not immediately receive an invitation for the selection interview, which will only follow at the beginning of March 2023.

You are graduating this academic year as a Master in Engineering. Specialties such as (Electro)mechanics, Energy, Chemicals, Computer science or Mathematics are a great asset.

You have a problem-solving mindset.
