Main responsibilities and key tasks

Organize, lead and facilitate idea & future insights workshops with stakeholders, users and departments to unlock problems, shape thinking and achieve alignment
Coordination of project definition for product – service or strategic projects in close collaboration with all stakeholders
Supporting in developing new ideas by providing them with inspiration and relevant innovation research
You will share the most relevant tools, examples and frameworks
Safeguarding the message of design thinking within your projects in the department
You report to a Senior Innovation Manager

Competences and skills

Graduated as an MsC in Industrial design, product development or Bachelor Industrial Product design, Industrial design (with working experience 1-5y)
Using design thinking as a method of critical thinking
Challenging the obvious & pro-actively keep informed off the novelties within the industry
Strong team spirit, in combination with a healthy sense of autonomy
You are familiar with working in agile and multidisciplinary teams
Eager to work in an international environment and willing to travel for work

Personal skills

Can communicate in an open and clear way with all colleagues on all levels within the organization.
Can go in depth when needed while not losing the overview
Entrepreneurial mindset

Main Adobe package: Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop
Office package: Excel, Powerpoint, Word
Survey platforms

Language

You have a good command of English and at least one other language, preferably Dutch or French.
