Description | CNH, a global player in agriculture and construction machinery, is implementing a digital transformation plan at its Zedelgem site through a European accelerator project in collaboration with five other top Flemish companies and Flanders Make. To support this transformation we are looking for Trainee Engineer for Industrie 4.0 projects. In this job you will be responsible for: Managing from A to Z projects within the roadmap to digital transformation: you are responsible for both the study, the elaboration of a proof of concept and the final implementation. Facilitating a cross-functional team consisting of: suppliers, internal colleagues and external colleagues/companies. Assist the Operations team in their root cause problem solving analyses and development of robust solution. Identify appropriate solutions for CNH. What do we offer you? Required special knowledge | Newly graduated (technical) Bachelor or Master Final year students Bachelor or Master or (master after bachelor) may also be considered. Microsoft Office skills such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Autocad LT/Creo 3D drawing package is a plus. Hands on mentality. Competent to quickly learn (complex) manufacturing processes and work with others to identify opportunities data driven. Knowledge of the Dutch language is necessary (fluent written and oral). |
