-Young Graduates Track

Are you a true all-rounder eager to explore diverse domains such as Finance, Strategy & Optimisation, and energy production? Then the Young Graduates Track is your perfect starting point.
As one of our 10 young graduates, you choose your projects and complete three different 8-month missions across various departments. From day one, you make a tangible impact on the energy transition.

-Young IT Track

Do you want to put your IT talent to work for the climate? From controlling wind farms with AI to automating our retail processes, the Young IT Track lets you build smart solutions that accelerate the energy transition.
As one of our two young IT talents, you complete three 8-month assignments within product services, development, digital collaboration, cyber security and more. Along the way, you continuously broaden your skill set and help drive the energy transition forward.

-Young Tech Track

Do you prefer hands-on technical impact? Work in power stations, help inspect more than 300 wind turbines or contribute to the maintenance of combined heat and power units. The Young Tech Track is where your technical skills truly come to life.
As one of our four young Tech talents, you complete three different 4-month missions. You’ll find yourself on top of wind turbines and dive deep into the world of thermal and hydro plants.
This track offers the ideal opportunity to experiment, learn on the job and discover where your technical passion truly lies.
