Advise the Project Manager on project planning, cost management, and performance.
Collaborate with the project team to establish a validated Baseline for scope, time, and cost:
Define a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and determine contractual deliverables (scope).
Develop a detailed project schedule based on the WBS and align activities (time).
Perform cost loading of the WBS in the planning tool (cost).
Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Evaluate project performance by calculating Earned Value, developing scenario models, and conducting risk analyses.
Report deviations from the validated baseline and provide advice on risks and mitigation actions.
Monitor schedules, budgets, and risks, including proposing improvements and corrective measures.
Perform delay assessments in case of schedule slippage and advise on impact and solutions.
