Project management
- You manage project-related quality requirements.
- You supervise project changes by the client and improvement projects.
- You draw up reports for the client.
- You are in contact with the client’s inspectors.
- You solve client complaints about the delivered product.
- You identify and verify requirements, afterwards - you discuss and work them out.
- You provide input in managing the suppliers.
Quality Assurance:
- You set up a quality assurance system for analyses, certificates of competency and the calibration of measuring equipment
- You manage and monitor the quality system.
- You draw up welding procedures and keep them up to date (WPS, PQR).
- You follow up on measurements.
- You accompany inspectors.
- You carry out the certification of welders.
- You create and review procedures, as well as the instructions to support the inspectors in production with the execution of their work.
Engineering:
- You work independently on continuous improvement projects.
- You give support during analysis/pre-study, transfer to production (first run and final delivery) and follow-up
- You analyse production processes.
Quality Control:
- You monitor the quality of incoming goods.
- You follow-up on the results of ultrasonic and magnetic tests.
- You request measurements carried out by third parties.
- You coordinate welding activities according to EN ISO 14731: 2006.
- You draw up repair procedures.
