Your impact

In this position, you will be responsible for applying state-of-the-art NLP methods to various HR-related tasks and data

communicating with the Product team and other stakeholders to translate functional requirements into a sound modelling approach

optimising, deploying and monitoring models in production

Job requirements:
We’re looking for someone who
has strong software engineering skills in Python and has a good understanding of deep learning techniques

has experience with common ML and NLP tools (scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, ...)

likes to work in a rapidly changing environment using state-of-the-art tools and technologies

is excited to be part of a passionate team of Software Engineers

Maybe already has a working knowledge of HuggingFace

has a background in computational linguistics

(this is a plus!) has experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS, ...)
