Practical information:
Date: Tuesday February 25, 2025
Build-up booth: 11:00-15:00
Fair open for students: 15:00-20:00
Booth teardown: 20:00-21:00
Location: ICC Ghent, Familie van Rysselberghedreef 2, 9000 Gent
Number of representatives allowed: 3 (Basic/Premium Partners) or 5 (Expert Partners)
There will be dinner (pasta) foreseen in the evening.
