You are responsible for the overall management of the construction projects, both in terms of implementation and budget. You are responsible for the work preparation, increase the procedures for operation and safety and you supervise site leader and assistant project leaders. You negotiate with the customers and decide on the purchases in consultation with the Purchasing Service. You report to the Technical Director and are assisted by the Project Manager where necessary.

You have a Master's degree in Construction and you have 5 to 10 years of experience in the implementation of medium/large construction projects. You are dynamic, flexible, have technical insight, managerial and organizational skills and are commercially driven. You have computer knowledge, extensive knowledge of French and basic knowledge of English.
