IRC.be is an ICT-reseller that focuses on providing excellent service in the ICT sector. For over 30 years we have been active in this sector which made us into real pioneers. By developing and playing a key role in new, innovative projects we were able to maintain that pioneering role. A couple of examples are our hosting solutions that we’ve been offering for 20 years now, the achievement of a fiber network 5 years ago, which was unheard of at that time, etc.
Founded in 1981 by François De Vos as computing center our main role became developing custom-made software at the start of the ‘90s. This enabled many companies to automatize their in-company processes and thus achieve considerable growth. The software that was used was developed entirely to the wishes of the customers.
At the beginning of the millennium we started offering our clients our first cloud services. So we can safely state that IRC has also been a cloud solution provider for over 15 years. Moreover, since 2015 IRC has started offering internet services (cfr. Fibre connect) and in the meantime we’ve obtained our own telecom license.
In short we can proudly confirm that IRC is more than just a one-stop ICT reseller. We think about the future but we live today.
