Job Description

For our subsidiary company located in Ghent, we are looking for a young engineer who, in coordination with the site manager, will participate in managing our maintenance refractory services within a steel plant and will be involved in the following tasks:

- Process and production monitoring
- Ensure achievement of targets through metrics
- KPIs definition related to time and quality
- Coordination of technical and human resources
- Participation in continuous process improvement projects (lean manufacturing, 5S)

Qualifications:

- Good IT skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
