We are continuously upscaling the human-AI collaboration by building systems where AI acts as a true reasoning partner. We are seeking a motivated intern to join our core Software team and contribute to our R&D in developing intelligent agents. Rather than standard single-turn text retrieval, our internal R&D focuses on agentic systems that actively reason, formulate hypotheses, and execute multi-step workflows alongside human domain experts. As an intern, you will support our engineers by contributing to existing and novel, forward-looking prototypes, as well as their development for internal pipelines.
What You'll Contribute To
- Agentic Architectures: Assist in prototyping multi-step reasoning loops, task execution pipelines, and autonomous tool integration.
- Enhance your skills in TypeScript, LLM, agentic workflows, tool use, reasoning loops
- Benchmarking & Research: Help evaluate new reasoning frameworks, agent behavior models, and interaction patterns in controlled experimental environments
- Do you have an affinity for UX? One of the intern roles gives you an opportunity to experiment with novel interface paradigms designed to make agent reasoning transparent, intuitive, and interactive. How do you design an interface where the agent feels like a thinking partner, not a search bar?
Who You Are
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- Passionate about software development, language models, and modern agentic interaction paradigms.
- Driven by curiosity, continuous learning, and a desire to explore how AI can augment human intelligence.
- Motivation and curiosity are what matter most.
What do we offer you?
This is an unpaid internship, so we want to be equally clear about what we aim to give you in return: a genuinely valuable learning experience, meaningful ownership and the opportunity to work on real, forward-looking AI challenges alongside an experienced team.
You’ll get the chance to:
- Build something real. Work on actual R&D challenges and prototypes — not an artificial internship assignment.
- Turn theory into practice. Test what you’ve learned against real technical challenges and discover where theory meets the complexity of real-world development.
- Learn from smart people. Work closely with experienced software engineers in an environment where software, AI, data and life sciences meet.
- Experiment at the edge of what’s possible. Explore, test and challenge emerging approaches in agentic AI rather than simply following a predefined recipe.
- Take meaningful ownership. We want your ideas, questions and perspective — not just an extra pair of hands.
- Discover what fits you. Find out which technologies, challenges and ways of working genuinely energise you — valuable knowledge when choosing your first career steps.
- Build your professional story. Leave with hands-on experience in one of the fastest-evolving areas of software development and concrete work you can discuss in future interviews.
- Work with people you’ll enjoy learning from. Expect an intelligent, curious and down-to-earth team that takes its work seriously without taking itself too seriously.
