At Metanous we develop custom software based on thorough analysis, years of experience in real-world software development and state-of-the-art technology. We build everything that is not available of the shelf and take on full responsibility for the final result.
As we work on a project basis you will help us in delivering these projects to our customers. We don't believe in separating all roles within a software project (architect vs. developer vs. analyst, etc.) and are convinced that it's best for all parties involved that you will contribute to all aspects of the software development process.
You'll analyse problems, find solutions and write code to make these solutions come to live on a day-to-day basis.
You will be working in small teams (2 - 10 people). You will join a team of advanced software developers passionate about creating software. They will share their knowledge with you and expect you to share your knowledge with them.
Ideally you are living in the Ghent region where Metanous is based or in Flanders, but we may consider remote candidates.

Preferably some experience in at least a couple of the following technologies:

~ Security
Knowledge about security and ethical hacking is a big plus
