That's why we are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer.

The Role:

As our Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll be on the front lines of delivery—embedding with clients, solving real problems, and bringing AI into production where it matters most. You’ll bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and operational reality, working hands-on to design and deploy solutions that have measurable business impact.

This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, AI, and customer success.

What You'll Build:

Real-world AI Solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning pipelines from exploration to production
- Build reproducible, modular, and scalable ML systems
- Tackle challenges in Operations Research, Forecasting, and GenAI
- Ensure that solutions perform reliably in real client environments

Scalable infrastructure:

- Deploy systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or on-premise
- Scale model training with GPU parallelism (data/model)
- Containerize workflows using Docker and modern packaging tools
- Build solutions that are built to last and easy to maintain

Engineering with clients:

- Work closely with client teams to understand business needs and constraints
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical domain experts, business experts, product owners, and project managers
- Turn complex requirements into working software that delivers value fast

Who You Are:

Essential Experience
- Master’s or Ph.D. in AI, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Solid software engineering skills with a focus on production-readiness
- Proven Python expertise and fluency with the SciPy stack (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn)
- Business acumen, eager to learn how companies work and how you can impact them

Skills That Matter:
- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Comfortable with version control and environment management (git, conda, pip, Docker)
- Fluency in English, any other languages is a plus

Mindset & Approach:
- Curious and driven, with a strong sense of ownership
- At ease with complexity and capable of making progress fast
- Able to balance tech excellence with mission-driven client pragmatism
- Humble and collaborative: focused on outcomes, not ego
- Passionate about using AI to solve real, operational problems

Bonus points:
- Experience working with clients or in delivery teams
- Familiarity with parallel computing (Dask, Numba)
- Cloud experience (Azure, AWS) or hybrid/on-premise deployments
- Experience in GenAI, computer vision, or forecasting
