In the Trainee role, you will have the opportunity to learn about the product through a rotational program through various challenging positions in various departments.

A trainee is engaged in studying, developing, implementing and optimizing manufacturing/assembly processes for new and existing parts. This is done based on technical drawings, programs and tool lists with the goal of producing these parts that meet the agreed upon quality standards within the predetermined budgets.

You will rotate positions for 1-2 years and work on various improvement projects for the three main departments within the organization, namely: assembly, machining and quality. Each assignment can take 6 to 9 months to complete.

You will be assigned a mentor during the traineeship, receiving intensive coaching and on-the-job training.

You are a recent graduate with a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, ideally in Electromechanics.

Your proactive mindset and hands-on attitude ensure that you always go for your goal, taking control to bring things to a successful conclusion.

You are an excellent communicator. You are easy to contact and enjoy working with others.

Your experience and/or interest lies in accurate and project-based work.

You have leadership qualities.

You can communicate in Dutch and English.

You are curious to get to know all aspects of the job and to map out the most interesting paths for yourself within the organization.
