Your role at DDE:
As a Young Potential, you work on real industrial projects and gradually build technical and project-related maturity. You start broad, get exposure to different disciplines and grow step by step in responsibility. You support projects both technically and on site.

In practice, this means:
* You work on multidisciplinary industrial projects
* You support technical and safety-related studies, analyses and preparations, collaborating with disciplines such as process, E&I, mechanical, piping, design and safety
* Safety shoes and high-visibility vest on: you are not behind your desk all day, but regularly present on site or in production to truly understand installations, processes and design choices
* You gradually take responsibility for parts of projects or subprojects
* You take initiative, help move things forward and contribute to solutions that make a real difference for our customers

Through this broad entry, you develop a strong overall understanding of industrial projects, allowing you to:
* become technically strong through hands-on experience
* think and work multidisciplinarily
* take responsibility within projects
