Description | Summary We are looking for a Support Engineer who is passionate about technology and gets their drive from helping customers on technical issues. Responsibilities Your primary responsibility is to act as the bridge between customers and developers to make support as smooth as possible. In order to do that, your role involves: providing assistance to our customers worldwide, helping them resolve technical issues they encounter regarding the use of our products; building documentation, especially on recurring issues, in order to mitigate the number of problems (new) customers may face in the future; and working together with product management to improve our knowledge base, training material and roadmap, based on your interactions with the customer.
Your day-to-day tasks will include the following: liaising with customers through calls or on the web portal (our customers include individual developers and top brands in various industries); coordinating incoming support requests; assisting our R&D engineers with their support cases; and troubleshooting difficult customer issues. |

Required special knowledge | Profile We are looking for a person who is comfortable learning new technologies, likes to dig deep on technical matters, and is at ease collaborating closely with software engineers in order to help customers. The ideal candidate has the following skills: Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or relevant equivalent experience Experience with Linux, Windows and Apple Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Customer-oriented mindset Desire to learn and grow with the company
Nice to have Ideally 1-2 years of customer-oriented experience Knowledge of information security Familiarity with Android Studio and the Android build tools Familiarity with the XCode build process |
