As a Customer Quality Engineer at Melexis, you are the interface with customers to lead the problem solving process and drive improvement activities.

• Be in charge of customer communication;

• Lead and perform root cause analysis on the product and the process ;
•Take ownership on electrical tests and failure analysis on the integrated circuit;
• Follow-up on corrective actions internally and at the supplier;
• Drive improvement activities to achieve customer satisfaction;
