As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will support key quality assurance activities and contribute to the development and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS) in line with the AS9100 standard.

Support internal and external audits and help develop the OIP Quality Management System
Monitor quality performance through key performance indicators (KPIs)
Drive continuous improvement by streamlining and optimizing process flows
Participate in MRBs (Material Review Boards) and stage gate reviews
Follow up on non-conformities, customer complaints, and improvement actions

Master’s or bachelor’s degree
An analytical mindset with attention to detail
Communicative and proactive team player
Fluent in English and Dutch
